To achieve a BSB20115 Certificate II in Business a total of 12 units of competency must be completed (one core unit and 11 electives).
After achieving this qualification, students may undertake:
- BSB30115 Certificate III in Business
- BSB40515 Certificate IV in Business Administration
- BSB40315 Certificate IV in Customer Engagement
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. It’s preferred that students have obtained a minimum of a School Certificate or equivalent.
Students will need to be able to access and use a personal computer including internet connection, word processing and spreadsheet processing software, for example MS Word and Excel.

- Students existing ability in the ACSF core skills, (learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy)
Students not meeting these requirements will be directed to more suitable qualifications or skill development programs.
