This course will equip you with essential workplace skills through hands-on learning experiences in the workplace.
It’s preferred that students obtain a minimum school certificate or equivalent. Insight Training will consider various factors when deciding which students will be offered places in the program. These include your needs and desired outcomes, ability and commitment to complete the course, and eligibility requirements in the relevant National Training Package. In addition, your existing abilities in core skills such as learning, reading, writing, oral communication, and numeracy will also be considered.

Training Provider
As your training provider, Impact Training is responsible for providing formal training and assessment to trainees. They must be registered, use the correct training package, and collaborate on a training plan with the employer and trainee. They should also refer to the guidelines for VET training Providers and logins for RTOs.
Employer
Employers are responsible for providing workplace training and allowing time for formal training for trainees. They should also provide training records from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to assist with assessments. Responsibilities also include training trainees at work.
Trainee
Trainees are required to attend formal training and make satisfactory progress toward their qualification. All responsibilities can be found on the Skills NSW website.
