Terms & Conditions

This applies to Insight Training (Insight Training Group Australia Pty Ltd – RTO ID 32142) (Company). A binding agreement shall arise between you and the Company, which shall be governed by applicable State laws, when you accept the Terms and Conditions by: Signing the bottom of the enrolment form where it reads “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions”; OR by submitting an online enrolment application and ticking the “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions” box.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to comply with the Company’s policies and procedures as published in Insight Training Student Handbook, including the refund policy. Conditions of enrolment for students undertaking a course that contains a mandatory work placement: the Company will assist students to identify work placement opportunities in an appropriate organisation. However, it is the responsibility of the student to find and complete the work placement. In the event that the student has previously arranged a work placement, the Company will check the suitability of this arrangement. The Company will make reasonable efforts to organise for assessment to be conducted in the workplace however, the student may be required to attend assessment events at other locations. The student must notify the Company at least 48 hours in advance if they are unable to attend a workplace assessment event that has been organised by the Company. If the student does not complete a mandatory work placement within the duration of the course the Company will issue a statement of attainment for competencies achieved.

If you are under 18 years of age, the Company will process this enrolment form and the attached parental consent hereto once it has been signed by your parent or guardian. By signing this enrolment form, your parent or guardian agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein and shall become legally responsible for all payments to the Company with respect to your Course.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you are providing permission for the Company to take and or use photographs and/or video footage of you in the business’s promotional material, printed, video and electronic media. You understand and agree that any photographs or video footage of you, which has been taken by The Company, remains the property of the Company and can be used by the business for any promotional purpose.

Unless specified, you give consent for the Company and its subsidiaries to contact you in relation to latest offers and updates. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
