If you decide you no longer want to continue studying at Insight Training, please call 1800 0 STUDY to speak with our Student Support team. Before confirming withdrawal from your course of study, we will offer alternative options such as taking leave from your program (deferring), or transferring to a different course.
If you decide to withdraw, withdrawal will be effective from the date the application for withdrawal is received by Insight Training, or the start of the semester indicated on your withdrawal application, whichever is later. Withdrawing from your program will automatically drop all courses from the effective date of the withdrawal, including any in progress, and all courses you are enrolled in for future semesters or sessions.
Program withdrawal should be requested prior to the semester in which it is to take effect. Students who enrol and withdraw from all courses before the relevant census date/s will not be liable for the tuition fees/student contribution for those courses. If the relevant census date/s have passed you will remain liable for the tuition fees/student contribution.
If you stop attending classes but don’t notify Insight Training that you wish to withdraw, you will remain an enrolled student and will be charged fees and receive fail results for your enrolled courses. Program withdrawal is final. Readmission to a withdrawn program requires a new application.
You should receive notification of withdrawal from Insight Training within 28 days of submitting this application.
