What are the entry requirements for your education and childcare courses?

While entry to each course is different, we prefer students to have a High School Certificate (or equivalent) or possess Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF) in learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy.

We also consider the eligibility requirements listed in the applicable National Training Package, as well as the students’ needs, desired outcomes, and ability to commit to the course.

Individuals who want to work in childcare must be:

-Minimum age of 16 years

-Cleared by the police and have a Working with Children Check

Individuals looking to become a school-based support worker must first complete a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
