They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification. It is preferred that the students have obtained a minimum of a School Certificate or equivalent.
Students will need to be able to access and use a personal computer including internet connection, word processing and spreadsheet processing software, for example MS Word and Excel.
