Most employers in the childcare industry look to hire qualified individuals; those without a qualification must show they are working towards completing one. Therefore, we recommend you complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Certificate III in School Based Education Support as a minimum to enhance your skills and employment opportunities. Those already working in childcare and looking to progress their career may consider other courses at Insight Training, such as the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
