Our nationally recognised BSB30120 Certificate III Business (Customer Engagement) aims to arm you with the tools to keep customers returning. You will learn how to use industry essential skills like delivering customer service, processing customer complaints, assisting with customer difficulties and advising customers on products and services, all of which are significant in ensuring you keep your customers happy.
A total of thirteen (13) units are required to complete this qualification; six (6) core and seven (7) elective units. In order to achieve a specialisation in Customer and Client Engagement, two (2) group A elective and one (1) Group B elective must be completed as well four (4) electives from the Customer and Client Engagement Specialisation list.
