We understand that managing the costs of education can be demanding, which is why we offer two convenient payment plans to make it easier for you to cover your education:

  1. Centrepay – for automatic deductions from your Centrelink payments
  2. Debit Success – for flexible direct debit payment arrangements

Centrepay Payment Plan (in partnership with Services Australia)

Centrepay offers a simple, secure, and cost-free way to manage your education payments through automatic deductions from your Centrelink benefits.

  • Minimum payment: $10 per deduction

  • Frequency: Payments are deducted fortnightly from your Centrelink payment arrangement

How to Set Up Centrepay

To get started, follow these steps:
  1. Download the Form: Obtain the latest Centrepay Deduction Authority form from our website or directly from Services Australia. Download the Centrepay Deducation Authority form here.

  3. Fill Out the Form: Provide all required information, including your Centrelink Reference Number, payment amount, and the service provider’s details. 
  4. Specify Deduction Details: Indicate whether this is a new deduction, a change to an existing deduction, or a cancellation.
  5. Set End Dates or Target Amounts: For applicable deductions, ensure you specify an end date or a target amount to comply with the new requirements.
  6. Authorise the Deduction: Sign and date the form to authorise the deduction.
  7. Submit the Form: Return the completed form to our finance office or submit it electronically as per the instructions provided.

Debit Success Payment Plan

  • $12 Debit Success establishment fee (One off fee once a student has completed a Debit Success payment arrangement). This fee is deducted on the same date as the first payment.
  • $14.95 Debit Success Dishonour fee (fees charged by Debit Success for dishonoured payments due to insufficient funds or incorrect account details provided to Debit Success). Dishonour Fees accumulate and are deducted on the next scheduled payment. For example, if the last payment failed, this dishonoured payment fee will be deducted alongside Insight Course fees the next time a payment is scheduled for a direct debit
  • After 4 consecutive dishonoured payments student may be refereed to Debt Collection which can incur additional fees

Please note:
All Debit Success fees apply and are non-refundable, even if a student later becomes eligible for a refund of course fees from Insight Training.

Frequently Asked Questions

Payment plans are arranged during your course enrolment. You can choose between two convenient options:

  • Centrepay – Complete the Centrepay Deduction Authority form at enrolment to set up automatic deductions from your Centrelink payments. For step-by-step instructions, download our How to Complete the Centrepay Form Guide.

  • Debit Success – Confirm at enrolment that you’d like to set up a direct debit payment arrangement through Debit Success. This option allows you to make flexible payments that suit your schedule.

  • Centrepay – Your enrolment consultant will discuss options available to set up a suitable arrangement for the course you are enrolling in. Centrepay requires a minimum $10 per payment deduction.
  • Debit Success – Your enrolment consultant will discuss options available to set up a suitable arrangement for the course you are enrolling in.

Please note Certificates and/or Statement of Attainments are not able to be issued until all course fees are paid.

  • Centrepay – Payments can be deducted fortnightly from your Centrelink Payment arrangement
  • Debit Success – Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly. You can choose
  • Centrepay – No, payment arrangements set up through Centrepay are automatically deducted from your fortnightly payment
  • Debit Success – Yes, Insight is able to action a one-off date change upon receiving a request in writing at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled payment date. Students are required to email tcwa@insight.edu.au
  • Centrepay – Yes, course fees can be paid directly to Insight, however to avoid future deductions from your Centrelink Payment we require you to notify in writing 2 business prior to your scheduled payment.
  • Debit Success – Yes, course fees can be paid out by contacting Debit Success directly or by paying Insight Training directly.
