The Enrolment Process

Step 1: Choose Your Course

Step 2: Review Entry Requirements

If you would like to apply for a state government funded spot ensure you meet the eligibility requirements below, please note spots are subject to availability and can change without notice.

Ensure you meet the entry requirement for your chosen course. Each course has specific prerequisites, which may include prior qualifications, work experience, or other criteria. Details can be found on the course information page.

Step 3: Contact our Course and Career Advisor team

Once you have established your eligibility and that you meet the entry requirements for the course you are interested in, make contact with our Course and Career Advisor team (available between 9am WST – 5pm WST) either by:

If the Course and Career Advisor identifies a better fit for you, they will guide you to a course that perfectly matches your needs.

Step 4: Submit Application

Once you have completed your call with the Course and Career Advisor and it has been established that you are eligible to do your chosen course you will be sent an invitation to apply via email with an enrolment link.

Complete and submit your application. Our admissions team will review your application and let you know if anything else is needed. This process may take a few days. If additional information or documentation is required, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know.

Step 5: Confirmation of enrolment

When your application has been successfully submitted and reviewed you will receive an confirmation letter via email confirming your course details and commencement day and times.

Step 6: Payment of course fee

On confirmation of your enrolment you will be required to pay the tuition fee (if applicable) in line with our fees and charges policy. You will not be charged a fee if you are doing a course under the WA Fee Free program.

After completing your enrolment, you will be sent all the relevant details to start your course.

Frequently Asked Questions

International students are not eligible to study with Insight Training as we are not a CRICOS registered provider. All temporary Visa holders with a maximum study period of 3 months are not eligible as we do not deliver qualifications in this time frame.

If you are listed as a dependent of a Visa Subclass 482 holder, then you are eligible to enrol in Insight Training and receive full funding or subsidy on our eligible funded courses.

We offer credit transfers for all students who have completed the exact unit codes in any of our courses. When enrolling, select “Yes” for credit transfers and follow the instructions carefully to log in to your USI account, verify your transcripts and attach the PDF to your enrollment form.

You cannot be enrolled in multiple government funded courses at once.

Some newer devices support our enrolment platform. Should you be experiencing difficulty while trying to enrol from your mobile phone, then it is advisable to try a different device, i.e. tablet or laptop

Once enrolled, you will be contacted within 3 to 5 business days. You will also receive a welcome call and email from our administration team. Please contact your consultant if you haven’t heard anything after a week.
