What courses does Insight Training provide under the half price and reduced fee programs and what are the tuition fees?

We offer the following qualifications at a highly discounted rate, these rates also apply to new entrant traineeships, but not existing worker traineeships:

*The maximum course fee for non-concession students undertaking a targeted fee relief course per year is $1,200. For concession students and youth, the maximum course fee for undertaking a targeted fee relief course per year is $400. These maximums apply per course per year.

The student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. Additional fees may apply such as student service and resource fees. We can provide full course fee information on enquiry.

On enrolment, students will be provided the following payment options:

For secondary school aged persons not enrolled at school, the maximum certificate course fee chargeable is $420. For Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications the maximum course fee chargeable is $7,860. The maximum is the total fee applicable per course.

A secondary school aged person means a person who has reached 15 years of age, but has not reached the end of the calendar year in which their compulsory education period expires, as defined in the School Education Act 1999, these persons will be born on or after 1 June 2006.

To be eligible for free training, reduced-fee qualifications or a subsidised training place; you must have left school*, have your primary place of residence in Western Australia, and are either:

Year 12 school students who are leaving school can access a subsidised training place from 21 October 2024.

First Nations people, young people, people out of work or receiving income support, unpaid carers, people with disability, and women facing economic insecurity are particularly encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity for fee free training.

Please note that existing worker trainees are not eligible for the fee-free arrangements.
