There are no entry requirements for this qualification. It’s preferred that students have obtained a minimum of a School Certificate or equivalent. Please note that in order to obtain a forklift operator’s license, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you will need to complete a substitute unit.

As your training provider, Impact Training is responsible for providing formal training and assessment to trainees. They must be registered, use the correct training package, and collaborate on a training plan with the employer and trainee. They should also refer to the guidelines for VET training Providers and logins for RTOs.
Employer
Employers are responsible for providing workplace training and allowing time for formal training for trainees. They should also provide training records from the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to assist with assessments. Responsibilities also include training trainees at work.
Trainee
